“Legends of the Cue” isn’t just a podcast—it’s a cherished time capsule preserving the spirit of the game I love. As a proud student of Mark Wilson through the Lindenwood Billiards Program, this show carries extra meaning for me. Mark isn’t just a coach—he’s been a mentor, a role model, and a true father figure. He’s given me opportunities, guidance, and introduced me to some of my closest friends.
Hearing him share stories and preserve the history of cue sports makes me grateful all over again for the lessons he’s taught me on and off the table. While I’m deeply saddened that Lindenwood University ended the billiards program, I will forever be thankful for the time I’ve had under his guidance. And a special shout-out to Kathy - Mark’s wife whose cookies could win championships of their own!
Thank you, Mark, Allison, Mike, and everyone behind Legends of the Cue, for giving the game and its people the respect and voice they deserve. This podcast is a treasure.
